It is located in the south wing of the building, which dates back to 1794 and has been recently renovated. Access is via Chemin du Phare, one of the most iconic streets in the charming village of Guéthary.

Lined with plane trees and its small chapel, it overlooks the ocean and the renowned surf spots of Parlementia and Les Alcyons, just 100 meters from restaurants and the vibrant summer life of the village.

The Koskenia concierge lodge has its own lovely private garden with an outdoor dining area and plancha grill, ideal for enjoying the warm summer days, with the option of relaxing in the shade of the plane trees. An outdoor shower is available for rinsing off surf gear after walking back from the beach, which is only 100 meters away via a small heather-lined trail from the Koskenia lighthouse.

Private parking is available within the Domaine.

An additional beautiful air-conditioned bedroom on the ground floor, adjacent to the apartment with a completely independent entrance, is also available. It features its own bathroom, toilet, TV, and Wi-Fi.

The Domaine de Koskenia stretches from Chemin du Phare to Chemin Koskenia, straddling the border of the Bidart and Guéthary communes, in the sought-after Parlementia neighborhood.

Access to the Koskenia concierge lodge is via Chemin du Phare in Guéthary.

Vehicle access is through the chapel gate, which is part of the Domaine.
